LRO images Apollo 17 landing site

The Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) recently imaged the Apollo 17 landing site, from an altitude of 50 km. You can see the descent stage, the tracks left by the astronauts and the lunar rover, and even the flag (click to biggify):
It will be interesting to see the moon hoax crowd’s reaction to this.

After all this time of knowing these guys were totally insane to think such a giant conspiracy could have ever been pulled off. Thank you for sharing this, “TOTALLY ENDS THE DEBATE” information. Of course, anyone as dumb as these guys will just extend the lunacy to include this as another part of the conspiracy, faked photo, will be their claim.
